New Start at Wake the Lake 6

Going into this year the F1 tunnel boats along with the other big boat tunnel classes will have a little different "Start" to the competition. After consultation and discussion with drivers and various experts at Champions Park Lake, Chief Referee Doug and the organizing committee have implemented updated starting procedures designed to enhance both safety and competitive fairness. The new format ensures that all boats line up in a staggered formation, giving each competitor an equal opportunity at the initial sprint.
